Minseok has over 12 years of experience in the field of Verification & Validation. He has been involved in a wide range of validation activities, including vehicle testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups, and software evaluation for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

Following the reintegration into HL Klemove, he expanded his responsibilities to lead validation efforts across the full spectrum of ADAS functions. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise in both simulation-based and real-world validation processes, contributing to enhanced system performance and reliability.

He holds a master’s degree with a focus on integrated development processes that combine Verification & Validation with simulation methodologies. “Our V&V Group plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicle functions through rigorous testing and validation processes. We are committed to upholding the highest standards in system performance and quality.”

The team is responsible for end-to-end validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and other electronic control units. This includes simulation-based testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) setups, and real-world vehicle tests to verify system functionality under diverse conditions. Through close collaboration with global OEMs and internal engineering teams, we help ensure that all technologies meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Our mission is to contribute to the development of safe, intelligent, and future-ready mobility solutions.
